MSRP excludes options, destination charges, taxes, title, license and fees. Eligible vehicles must be purchased, delivered, and registered in California by California residents meeting MyFirstEV eligibility requirements, including being a first time EV purchaser or lessee and successfully submitting a CARB Attestation Form demonstrating eligibility.
